Waiting time was two weeks (unfortunately we called them out two times). When the came the first time (we were out) there were no signs of their visit, no call nothing - in two days when we managed to find them - we were told that they have attended and need us to fix the roof first i.e. they want us to close possum entry point, before they can attend. We were charged $250 for this advice. I strongly recommend any other company that offers complete solutions (basically every other company offers it) and maintains at least basic level of communication.

Three weeks ago, we encountered a situation where some possums were inadvertently trapped in our roof when a leak was repaired. As it was a weekend, we wrote an email to Possum Catchers Pty Ltd (previously known as Hello Possum) to seek help to evict the possums. Anthony responded promptly by ringing us back, arrived at the time promised and attended to our problem straight away. We found Anthony to be an honest, sincere and trustworthy person to deal with. There is a fixed price for his services which is clearly stated on the website and that takes a lot of anxiety out of us. His work is also guaranteed for 12 months. We were happy that the possums were evicted successfully using a one way exit installed on the roof. He is highly recommended.
