This is my second and updated review of this business. As a customer who has been buying poultry products from this business on a weekly basis since its inception, I would like to warn others to make sure that the correct unit price is entered on the weighing scale by the person serving you. Also, insist on the receipt as one particular staff (with glasses) has the tendency of deliberately overcharging and yet insisting (to the point of arguing) that everything has been correctly calculated. This particular staff member was also very rude and even said that it was alright even if I did not buy from them again! Certainly I will not be back after today's very unpleasant experience...

This cafe serves one of the best coffees and pies in Tasmania. We tried the chicken curry and peri peri chicken pies and found them to be really delicious. Back in Melbourne now, we are yearning for more of those pies! The cafe is conveniently on the Main Street.

On our recent trip to Coles Bay, we decided to drive to Bicheno to have a look. We stopped by this bakery for afternoon tea and found that the pies and coffee were really great. The service was also very friendly and fast despite being there at a busy time. As the cafe is located on the main street, it is a perfect stop on your long drive to get a quick bite or a cup of hot drink.

Three weeks ago, we encountered a situation where some possums were inadvertently trapped in our roof when a leak was repaired. As it was a weekend, we wrote an email to Possum Catchers Pty Ltd (previously known as Hello Possum) to seek help to evict the possums. Anthony responded promptly by ringing us back, arrived at the time promised and attended to our problem straight away. We found Anthony to be an honest, sincere and trustworthy person to deal with. There is a fixed price for his services which is clearly stated on the website and that takes a lot of anxiety out of us. His work is also guaranteed for 12 months. We were happy that the possums were evicted successfully using a one way exit installed on the roof. He is highly recommended.

We have used the service of Chadoak Plumbing twice, once for some welding work to stop a leak in the hot water piping and another time to get the hot water system replaced. Though they may not be the cheapest in the area, the prices quoted were reasonable and the service provided was great. On both occasions, the friendly plumber arrived at the time promised, explained clearly the work required and cleaned up after work was done. Highly recommended and will definitely call them again should I need their service.
