I only went in to obtain a cost of a parcel for posting.
I have collected parcels from this Post previously and they find it hard to pick up tracking numbers.
The woman who served me did not speak good English and was very abrupt in her manner.She could do with improving on her customer service skills.
This Post office is convenient but I like to be treated with respect and hopefully a smile!
I will be going to North Sydney Post Office in future.

This is a standard Australia Post so the price, value etc are hard to get too excited about (I have never purchased anything other than stamps or envelopes, but they seem to have heaps of gift ideas floating about) however the service here is great, the owners are always friendly and chatty and they remember first names and generally go out of their way to make this feel like a local business.

This small little post office is tucked away next Piato (formerly Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant). Now don't let the size fool you, this post office is packed with all your postal needs and last minute gift ideas. The staff are a pleasure to deal with and go out of their way to ensure that you receive premium service.
