There has been a change of management!! I've been overseas for six months, I come back and there is not one face I know at the salon. What once was the best salon in Melbourne is now unprofessional and I feel they need to train their staff in customer service and beauty therapies. It was a terrible experience and I wont go back again.
I think they need to tell clients the management has changed.

This place is fantastic and not overly expensive. It can be really hard to get an appointment though as they are always busy so you need to book ahead. All the staff are very friendly and every treatment you get done you walk away feeling reinvigorated. Highly recommend.

Poutalicious is fantastic, the staff are friendly, professional and unpretentious. Anna, the owner always makes you feel more than welcome and does a superb Brow Shape ! There can be a wait to have a treatment, but definitely worth the wait.

I have been going to the girls for about six months now. I originally went for my wedding make up and now I go in for lash tint, pedicure etc. All the girls there are gorgeous, they are attentive, friendly and obviously love their jobs! Tehy also offer after hours make up tuition which I went to a month ago, great little make up class if you're wanting to learn the best ways to apply make up yourself.
