I was very disappointed by how little I was kept informed with the repairs on my watch.

When I dropped it off I was not told that a quote alone would take 10 days, and then when I called up about that and finally got a quote, I was not told that it would be at minimum another 20+ days for the repair.

They did not keep me informed or give me any time line.

Almost 3 months later I finally have my watch back.

The workmanship was good, but the waiting in the dark was most disappointing.
