I was very disappointed by how little I was kept informed with the repairs on my watch.

When I dropped it off I was not told that a quote alone would take 10 days, and then when I called up about that and finally got a quote, I was not told that it would be at minimum another 20+ days for the repair.

They did not keep me informed or give me any time line.

Almost 3 months later I finally have my watch back.

The workmanship was good, but the waiting in the dark was most disappointing.

These are the ONLY people we have found who we can trust with our car. We used to do all the work ourselves as we could do it better, but not now!!

They do a brilliant job and do it so quickly. They give a time line and stick to it. We had a full service and full suspension done in one day, parts and all.

Yes, they cost a bit, but it is worth every cent, knowing how well they will care you your vehicle and how few issues you will have.

I had a children's car mat that needed re edging. I was quoted the price and they told me how long it would take. And true to their word it was back on time and finished as I requested. I was given a few different options. The service was friendly and polite.

I smashed my LCD on my phone, as it was user damage it was going to cost me $300 (that was the quote and parts, labour was still to be added) and over 2 weeks to have repaired by the original supplier, I was given The Mobile Phone Clinics phone number. I had my phone fixed the following morning, while I waited, it took less then 30 minutes and cost SO much less. Only $88 all up. They were friendly and professional, and the service was great. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone.

My ring was repaired for under a quarter of the cost of all my other quotes and they guarantee their workmanship. The repair was so flawless I could not even find where it had been damaged, (It had been cut off my finger). I was very impressed.
