I have used Luan from Power Steam Cleaning several times to clean my carpet at Value Chemist at Pinelands Shopping Centre. Being a pharmacy, we have high foot traffic and I can always rely on Luan to make sure my carpets are clean and fresh. His knowledge on how different types of stains affects carpets is extensive making no stain a challenge. His eagle eye and attention to detail makes sure that stains you don't notice are lifted away. Luan's flexibility is another reason why he is suited for retail traders. Being a pharmacy open from 8am to 9pm does not leave much time for carpet cleaning. Luan has always ensured that the carpets are cleaned after hours and are dried before trading the next day. All in all, I would highly recommend Luan from Power Steam Cleaning. I got an appointment within 2 days of my initial call. On the day, Laun arrived on time as promised. He was friendly and polite, and explained the service before doing a really great job on my micro suede lounge and bedroom carpets - all done in a timely and thorough manner. I rang Power Steam Cleaning on Monday. Our beloved father had just passed away at home and we wanted to hold the wake at home on friday. Power Steam Cleaning went out of their way not only to fit us in but did a great job. While I was busy baking cakes and my husband was getting the photos sorted for the funeral. Power Steam Cleaning worked around the organised kaos .Thank you it has really made a huge difference. We will definately be using your service again.

Amazingly clean!! Such a difference can't believe how clean it has come up and there was so many stains on the carpet and it looks new would definitely recommend this company.

Luan provided fabulous service. Messaged 1/2 prior to arrival. Very courteous and efficient and knows his rugs and carpets! Luan is an expert on stains and their removal. Rugs look like new again after a few dog incidents!

Did a good job, arrived before appointed time and messaged 30 minutes before arrival as promised. Carpets are clean and look good, give Luan a go.
