Dean was great and professional in the way he carried out servicing our company vans. he is reasonable and would definitely use him for every service of repair we need to get done.

Dean's demeanour was such a relief, I felt I could trust him, and I was right. With little notice he stepped in and helped with an urgent vehicle assessment, he came through with a thorough report, at exactly the time and day he said he would, that I could understand, and a phone call as soon as he was done to explain it. I haven't got the car yet, but I feel relieved and confident already that it will be as good as he has told me, both verbally and in writing. Thank goodness there ARE male mechanics that treat me, as a woman, as an equal on a need to know basis! Thank you Dean, I will use your expertise in mechanics AND solid good customer service in the future. (it is only that I have not actually got the car yet that I haven't given 5 stars all round, although I genuinely suspect it should be!)

Dean was on time, polite, and friendly. When I told him how far overdue my car was for a service he fitted me into his schedule very quickly. He didn't ignore what I told him about the car's issues, even though I'm not a mechanic. He stuck to the timeframe he expected the work to take and charged a fair price. He has a good set up, and explained the situation to me well.

I will be getting him back to do more work on my car in the future.
