When my previous regular mechanic retired I tried several alternative all of whom disappointed me. Then I responded to an advertisement from Dean and he was exactly what I was looking for - a mechanic who is accommodating with appointments, clearly knows what he's doing and explains as needed and will help with any automotive issue, He's also meticulous about clean-up and charges reasonable rates.

Our old Mazda 626 needed a new clutch master cylinder and I didn't feel able to do it myself. According to the manual I had to remove the brake pedal and the clutch pedal to do the job and I am way to old to be doing stuff like that.

Dean quoted me one hour to do the job and I really doubted it was possible. He took one look at the car and said that the manual was wrong! One hours work later and my clutch is as good as new. Dean could easily have taken longer but he is fair and honest. And yes, the manual was wrong :)
