I have the honour of having Jack as my strength and conditioning coach. The knowledge Jack posses is incredible, I know if I need anything from nutrition tips, training programs for anything specific (speed, strength, agility, etc) or just all around general advise Jack is definitely the person to go to. Over the time I’ve been with him my 20m sprint has improved from 3.4 to 2.9 seconds and all my major lifts have increased massive amounts.
