Friendly service and an overall happy experience. Bough two single mattress for the kids at a reasonable price for the pair. Delivery charges as normal with the standard time allowance on the day. We will be back

*Ordered a $2000 mattress in Feb last year. Was not what we ordered, this was confirmed by the sales representative but they still wanted to charge $120 delivery to have it fixed. Then after only 15 MONTHS there was a deep depression in one side. We tried several times to have the mattress
repaired but they wanted to charge $120 for delivery and another $300 to change the pillow top to a less cheap foam. As we through the product faulty we didnt want to pay for repairs. Dont let the name fool you, even their most expensive mattresses are poor quality. STAY AWAY!*

Trent provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in until the moment I left.

He new the ins and outs of everything to do with Beds, mattresses etc.

He was very helpful and very kind.

I can't wait to sleep in the bed I purchased today!

Mattress shopping is usually something I would consider a hellish experience, one that I put off as long as possible. I'm so glad I found Prestige Mattresses though.

Trent was very helpful, answering all my questions and explaining in a way that didn't come as though he was talking down to me.

I was a little wary of the prices at first, especially given they are so much less than other stores, but I figure it's best not to look a gift horse in the mouth since I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I was also impressed at their delivery service. I've not come across such a cheap fee before, especially when other stores charge double the amount I paid for furniture less than one quarter the size.

I highly recommend Prestige Mattresses to everyone.

I found Stephen and Trent to be very knowledgable about mattresses. I was allowed to test all the mattresses in the shop for as long as I wanted. If necessary I could even have a custom made mattress. I have now had my new mattress for five days and I am extremely happy with it. I would not hesitate in recommending Prestige Matresses in Malvern East

Buying a new bed is my idea of hell. However Trent the store manager at Prestige Mattresses 150 Waverley Road, was so helpful, & made sure that I got the best bed for me. Which isn't an easy job,He were very patient, and never made me feel a nuisance.He was very Charming, and new his product well,the price was so unbelievable I have told my friends why pay $5000 when Trent and Prestige Mattresses can deliver the same bed for half the price, i had the bed with in 3-4 days ! with the chance to have it that day ! i would recommend going down and seeing Trent at Prestige Mattresses, located, at 150 Waverley Road Malvern East
