Mattress shopping is usually something I would consider a hellish experience, one that I put off as long as possible. I'm so glad I found Prestige Mattresses though.

Trent was very helpful, answering all my questions and explaining in a way that didn't come as though he was talking down to me.

I was a little wary of the prices at first, especially given they are so much less than other stores, but I figure it's best not to look a gift horse in the mouth since I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I was also impressed at their delivery service. I've not come across such a cheap fee before, especially when other stores charge double the amount I paid for furniture less than one quarter the size.

I highly recommend Prestige Mattresses to everyone.

Love this store. So much stock available and everything is really affordable. Lots of brands to choose from and no difficulty at all in finding what I needed.

The staff are so friendly and love to have chat.

I always get great pizza and desserts from Crust. Have only ever gotten pizza delivered before but decided to eat in. My order was taken quickly and the pizza came not long after. I ordered a small meatball but got a small meatlovers-type pizza by mistake. The waiter profusely apologised for his mistake and offered to replace it with what I had ordered. I told him that it wasn't a problem and I was happy to take the pizza given.

When I went to pay, he only charged for pizza and not the lemon lime bitters I also ordered.

Despite the mistake I was still happy with the food and service, and this won't stop me from ordering from here in the future.

Online shopping at its best. I've never had difficulty finding the style or size I'm after when shopping with Asos.

I find it hard to go past Asos when it comes to their cost of their clothes as well. Everything is just so affordable.

But above this, the one reason I'll keep going back is the incredibly quick free shipping. Being provided with a tracking number is great too.

Love Dymocks. The staff here are always very helpful if I'm looking for a specific book or just something by genre.

All the staff that I've come across love to talk about what they've read and engage in conversation about different authors, styles, etc.

While their stock can be a little expensive, if there is a book that I don't want to wait to be shipped from overseas, this is the first place I go.

In September I purchased an armchair. I put a deposit on it with the delivery date stated on my invoice to be 17 Nov. When I paid the chair off in the week leading up to my delivery date, I confirmed the date only to be told that the chair had not yet been shipped and would be another 2 weeks away.

I was very unhappy with this as no one had bothered to call and inform me of this. I called again closer to the new expected delivery date only to be told once again that it was not here and would be definitely here in the first week of December. I requested to be called this time which I was told would happen.

Come first week of December, I had not been called, so I once again called them. This time, I was informed my purchase was in the country but had not cleared customs.

I asked if was possible for me to collect the chair once it reached their warehouse rather than wait longer for it to reach the store I purchased it from to collect it, and was told yes but then the SA put me on hold and when she came back she said she would have the chair brought to the store on a non delivery day from the warehouse for me.

When I then went to collect it and informed the sales assistant of who I was, she was quite abrupt though still polite, if just.

While I'm very happy with my armchair, I'm very unhappy with the quality of service provided by this store. Given the amount of money spent, I would expect that the sales assistants would take it upon themselves to call their customers with updates on delivery times rather than leave it to the customer to enquire.

I highly doubt I would purchase from this company again, but I'm open to it should processes change.

I sometimes go past this cafe in the morning for breakfast on the way to work. The staff are super friendly and quite often remember your regular order even if you've not been in for a while.

I particularly like their toast and hot chocolate combo. The hot chocolate is one of the best I've tasted and the price is hard to beat.

This is a cafe I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a regular breakfast or lunch spot.

I recently used a gift voucher that I've had for almost a year toward a pair of earrings. The girls at Mimco were very nice and helpful over some indecision of which ones to get.

I'm a somewhat regular shopper at Mimco and always enjoy shopping here, particularly given their rewards program which I have accrued enough points on for some nice gifts to spoil myself with.

I recently had a manicure here. They were the first business to come up when I did a Google search based on my location.

I very rarely treat myself to things like manicures but I was very impressed on this occasion.

The girls were very friendly and engaged in chat for the duration of my appointment, which I'd made on the spur of the moment only an hour or so prior!

I was provided with a drink and cookies and copious magazines to read while I waited for my nails to dry.

As a new customer I was also given a voucher to put towards future use.

I will definitely return in the near future for another mani and perhaps some of the other services they provide.

I recently came across a cushion on Adairs online site that I wanted but if I could, I wanted to avoid shipping costs. I went to my closest store to see if it was possible to get it in store.

The sales assistant was very helpful and went straight to her computer where she ordered the cushion from another store. I was told it would take 7-10 days for it to arrive.

I bought this cushion on sale as the price was good. At full price, I think it is overpriced.

Overall, I would shop here again and I think the service is quite good and the staff are friendly.
