What Boop says is exactly right. This place will charge you for an IED cable, even when you buy 50~100 dollar worth gears.

But when you show them that you know your stuff, prices start coming down. I was also very curious on how their 2nd hand products were displayed and customers weren't told or notified unless asked. I mean I do plenty of computing to know what's what. You're not supposed to sell 2nd hand products without informing customers. It's a good thing that I was able to 'haggle' but the price was unreasonable on 2nd hand seagate barracuda from the first place. After the 'this doesn't look new' and 'I want to ask about the warranty' the price came down to a reasonable range.

They do stock plenty of 2nd hand parts, and some new parts. Very limited stocks with PSU. This place doesn't really display a high level of knowledge in the IT field.

You can pick up a bargain, but only if you know what you're doing.

This store has some great values and I often find things cheaper than elsewhere. The only thing I suggest is that if you are going to go there take someone who has a good knowledge on what you need for they do seem to take advantage of those buying that have little or no knowledge.
But then again I do feel that happens in many places, especialy car mechanics when they see a female :P
