Once again I have been very impressed by the staff at Priceline. From the friendly greeting and offer of help on my way in, to the offer of giveaways that I hadn't realised I was entitled to with my purchases and a loyalty card so I would receive vouchers in the mail, I was impressed. I wanted to buy my makeup, but I wasn't sure of the colour. So in order for me to take advantage of the offer that ended that day, the staff assured me that as long as I didn't open the packaging, they would be more than happy to swap it over for me next week, after checking with the old one at home. I hadn't realised how easy it was to take things back if they were wrong and so have shopped at places like target and myer so as not to be stuck with a poor choice. But this will no longer be the case, the personal attention at Priceline Knox and the ability to return or exchange, makes this a far better place to shop with very competitive prices!
