I've tried all the local bakeries, but I keep coming back here for the soup, reasonable price and a good serving with a role. Highly recommend it.
Very friendly service, a lovely atmosphere. A great day out at this free attraction and a nice cuppa and cake, perfect.
Expect Melbourne prices, but worth it. Servings are generous, standard cafe menu with good range for breakfast and lunch. Very limited options for those with allergies.
Good quality local food. Their lemon butter is fantastic as another reviewer said. Also highly recommend their milkshakes, a bit more expensive but made from real berries, not just syrup.
Great quality builder, reliable and easy to deal with. Locals had recommended this family business for these reasons, was not disappointed.
Quite over priced, not great quality, and then they have the nerve to tell you that you can't share. If I'm paying for it, I'll do as I please. Will not be back.
Approximate cost: $30
Me and my large extended family love this place! My cousins and their families go there and introduced me to it. I mostly get take-away, so I can't comment too much on the service, but the food is great! Reasonably priced, it's the best Indian food in the area.
Approximate cost: $13
A good small 2 dollar shop with discount food on one side and party supplies on the other. The party supplies in particular have proved useful for planning a recent 21st birthday, as they were similar to bigger chain party stores but at a better price.
This really is your old fashioned local butcher. We have been buying their meat for a couple of decades and have never been disappointed in the quality. They really look after you, and if they don't have exactly what you're after on display, just ask for it. Don't spend ages tenderising or de-boning meat at home, once again, just ask and they'll do it in seconds. I sometimes needa bit of inspiration for dinner, I ask the guys and they help me out. What more could u ask for in a butcher!?
I wish to retract my review, as my recent trip to Flippin' Pancakes was not what it was. It is no-longer the fantastic restaurant I reviewed. The owners appear to have changed and so has the quality of food on the menu, the service and the atmosphere. The salmon was dry and half the things on the menu weren't available. All the staff have changed and the wait for food was ridiculous. It has been a terrible disappointment.

Absolutely fantastic! The waitresses are great, ask for their favourites and you'll never be disappointed! The kangaroo is the best I've ever tasted and the fish is beautiful. We now go there for most family occasions. We often take friends and family there too and no matter who we bring with us, they're always new fans. The menu has all kkinds of savoury and sweet pancakes and crepes, but the daily specials are mostly non-pancake mains. All serving sizes are very generous, so you may want to share desert. The pancakes are good, but it's the daily specials YOU MUST TRY!
Approximate cost: $17-30
