great service and the different pharmasists are always friendly and very helpful. great range of products and when waiting for scripts wait isnt too long.

I bought some products from a new skin care range that i haven't tried before, called Avene, as it was on sale, and the sales assistant gave me a brochure on the entire range and explained which products would be best for my skin type and then gave me some free samples that she had at the counter so i could try some of the other products that i wasn't buying that day. she was extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy, and displayed great product knowledge.

I have been using this chemist for a while now. It's close to home which is handy. The service has been alright up to today. I was trying to buy medication and because I wouldn't take the cheaper brand the chemist had a go at me. A tall blond man. I explained I was happy with the brand I had as I trusted it and I'd had bad reactions to medications that were supposed to be similar in the past. He told me the company produces the same medication under a different name and I was paying more for a colored box. He said the company makes money out of people like me who are willing to pay extra for silly things like colored boxes. I was so embarrassed that I tried laughed it off and got out of there as quickly as I could. He said it so loud the whole store could hear him. Even the girl at the service desk where I paid gave me a sympathetic look. I will travel to Joondalup from now on where I know they don't treat you like your stupid.

wow, this pharamacy has a great attitude,i had fantastic service from all staff and my friday experience with my prescriptions was outstanding the chemist was a very helpful young man and very good looking must i add,the three young girls up the back looked very busy but still made time to say hello which made my day.my shopping day will be fridays from now on.

The store is well laid out, easy to find things. I was however, disappointed with the service; the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. They made a mistake with our purchase twice in a row. The prices were a little expensive but i would go back there.
