They have a great variety of goods from different countries. The older guy and owner is a gentleman. His son Chris is very rude though.

Good products unfortunately very bad customer service. Was there today, served by staff member named Tina. Hopeless customer service. Will not be going there again - plenty of other Delis and international food stockists around to shop from where staff value their customers

many continental foods and good assortment of fine food fresh ham and clean shops ladies are friendly good parking no traffic and nice chocolates and deserts

The food factory provide foods with many sizes. Services are great, people are nice, good environment, very easy to find place. I will go there again if I have a chance. A lot of cheap and good value goods

A small factory unit packed to the rafters. Many items are bulk size (this company is a wholesaler that sells direct to the public) but plenty of regular sized items too. A lot of deli-style foods plus sacks of bulk flour, salt, rice, etc, as well as regular grocery items. Also has a fresh deli department. Some good bargains to be had.
