Am booked to leave on a cruise tomorrow with family. A short while ago, Princess rang me and asked if we would change to a mini-suite which included $695 onboard credit. We agreed to this, however Princess telephoned again and withdrew the offer. Very unprofessional and I would think twice before crusing with them again.
I will be taking a Cruise soon!...However,I would like to comment on the SERVICE I have had with Republic Cruise Agents...EXCELLENT!...If they state something to you..its done on the designated date...I am sure Princess Cruise Line..should be told how their Agents work...This one is GREAT TO DEAL WITH (THANKYOU JIMMY)..HIGHLY RECOMMEND....CAN"T WAIT TO BOARD!
We decided on a cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary and booked one to New Zealand. What a relaxing holiday it was . The meals were fantastic with lots of choices of types of food. The staff on the ship were very helpfully and friendly. We can't wait to book our next cruise with them.
