I had storm water drainage problem resulting in garage flooding during heavy rain. David was recommended to me by my neighbour. He was able to come out on the Sunday in the rain to clean out the drains with his jetting equipment and then show us with his camera exactly where the problem was in the backyard. He did an excellent job on time as a true professional. His rates where extremely reasonable even for a Sunday. I will definitely contact him again if ... I ever need a plumber. Extremely helpful, Very reasonable, on time, excellent service. AAA+ Highly Recommended!

Newspaper Add said no call out fee but I was charged travel. Price charged for 2/3 hours work was $1,485 and was not willing to negotiate this. I still had to finish the job myself by trenching the pipe and shortening it as it was too long. Other plumbers subsequently quoted less than half the price for the same job.

If you want a tradesperson who comes right on time, does a great job and doesn't charge too much -ring David. From the first phone call where I left a message, David was very prompt and rang me back within minutes. We arranged a time, and David arrived right on the agreed time. He fixed the original plumbing problem I had, ... but also did extra in unblocking the drain which he said would have been a potential issue. Before he left he checked everything was working and cleaned up. I certainly recommend Priority 1 Plumbing, and I would definitely call them first.

They were called out to clear a blocked drain at our house. Access was simple and the job took about 30 minutes. Charged us $250 to get their camera out and have a look and a pile of other arbitrary charges on top of the call out fee. All up they charged $700 to unblock a drain in 30 minutes. My jaw almost hit the floor at the cost. Took a credit card on the spot and off they went! Comparing notes with friends, this was at least double what it should have been. Whatever you do, stay away from this company. Out of interest I took note of their camera make and model and looked up the purchase price. You can pick one up for less than $5k. I don't know how they can justify a $250 per 15 minute use against this purchase price.
