Had an emergency overflowing sewer drain in lockdown today. Didn't know what to do, found these guys on the internet.They got here within the hour, fixed our problem, and cleaned up the mess.

Arrived home today to find sewer overflowing outside, called this company they arrived within 30minutes, cleared the drain showed me the issue with tree roots and cleaned up the mess. Extremely professional service, was a little more then expected, but it was on Saturday after hours.

Called this company to inspect a hot water system that was not working. After having 2 other plumbers trying to tell us we needed a new hot water system. These guys were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost!!

Extremely happy with price and service on such short notice. Had a burst mixer tap that flooded part of the house. They explained over the phone how to shut of water and arrived shortly after to replace mixer and hoses. They also did a free safety inspection of the other taps and hoses in the house.

We had an emergency burst pipe under the sink and we called priority 1 plumbing to attend. They arrived in 30 minutes to replace the tap and they contacted our insurance company to clean up the water damage for us as well.
I would highly recommend there service, very professional and reasonably priced. Great job.

Used these guys last week as we had an overflowing sewer drain, they arrived at 8 pm cleared the drain , disenfected the yard showed us what the problem was with a camera and then booked us in too reline the old clay pipes with no digging a week later, extremely happy with the service and price!!

Avoid this plumber!
Simple unblock toilet job and install a new shower head, taps.....which I purchased & supplied....ended up costing me $678 with a pensioner discount. Work took about three quarters hour - I timed it. Ok I was told labour would be $155 hour, but hey, I expected that to include the WHOLE job, not to then find on the invoice a separate labour cost of $70 for the shower install on top of that. Was told the washer unit supplied I bought with unit was rubbish. He had a better one. Which then appeared to have cost me $8.50 each. And I was charged $12 for a dab of silicon? And two items at $18 each which I assume was setting the taps in? When this appeared to take no more than five minutes. So for attaching a shower head and taps which I supplied I was charged $65 plus a labour cost of $70. So not only double dipping on the labour it appears, but, apart from the cost of a couple of washers, charging me again for my own shower fittings?
Anyone smell a rip off here. No I will never use your services again. Glad I asked for a detailed invoice, otherwise these details would have escaped me.
And as for that high pressure hose thing which you charged me $395 for and insisted was the ONLY way to clear my toilet, well I just had your word for that one. Maybe a plunger at end of day would have done the job? A fee which you had arbitrarily set for a piece of equipment you already owned which was attached to your truck. At the point when you then said you could not guarantee the work and that the problem would not return, the only way to check was to put your camera down...which would cost me even more money...[Removed comment]

The worst thing ever happened on the weekend our sewer started overflowing. We have young children who could not go outside as sewerage was floating all over our backyard. My wife was worried about them and the dog getting sick and i rang 4 plumbers trying to find someone who could come out straight away to fix this problem. ... David from Priority 1, answered the call straight away and arrived within half an hour. He stopped the overflow, cleared the blockage, showed us exactly where the problem was underground and helped clean up the backyard so my kids could play outside again. His work ethic was strong- he had no worries coming outside of hours, he was professional and solved our problem. I think that these types of workers are hard to find these days- and i know ill be using them again. Thanks David for saving the day!
