want to say a big thank you to Brian for coming out to check the air con unit today (as it was making very loud rattling noises over a few days and then suddenly stopped making the noise) I was concerned about what may be damaged/broken. Thanks to Travis for calling me so promptly after I sent the email about the problem and arranging for Brian to come. Brian checked over the unit thoroughly and tested it - no problem identified but verified it was functioning OK. I really appreciated the time and patience Brian displayed (on a hot day!) in looking things over.I am impressed by the service provided. I have used Priority One over the years for a number of things and will continue to use them as they have always been reliable and efficient.

Over the last 10 years I have called upon Priority One many times to rewire my house; wire up a large extension; install outdoor garden and pond lighting; fix my air conditioning; install 3 phase electrical supply and safety switches (amongst other things). Vic and his team has always been professional and personable in dealings with me and fully explained the regulations pertaining to electrical installation. The quality of the workmanship in installing all of my electrical requirements has always been exemplary. I am particularly impressed with their respect for property. For example, the tiles on my roof break easily like egg shells. Priority One has always replaced tiles if available and if not moved the broken tiles to the eaves and carefully silicone together to stop water leakage. I have no hesitation in recommending Priority One to interpret and install anyones domestic electrical needs. We recently used this company to finish a few electrical connections and fix a couple of issues left by a previous electrician. They missed their first appointment due to their previous job taking longer than expected but did call to advise. Two electricians turned up the next day to complete all the work inside of an hour and were very friendly and professional. The cost was as quoted and I was able to pay with credit card onsite.
They left no mess and did not waste any time - very happy to recommend their service to anyone looking for a reputable electrician in Perth.

Priority One have never let me down, I have had them replace my bore pump, fix my split system twice before I got them to replace it and they even came out on a Sunday morning to look at my hot water. Vic and David run a very good team of workers, they have always been well presented and courteous at all times, arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them to you, you will find they give the type of service that is sadly missing in todays world. Thank you for all that you have done Adam Noranda

These guys are very good. Came when they said, stuck to the quote, cleaned up after themselves. Had them back three times for new work as we decided that they were the ones to complete our installations as we could afford it. Three different tradies, same excellent service. Very happy with the quality, price and service. Well done guys and thankyou.
