Overall the job was well done, but I had to constantly follow them up because the job wasn't done in the time frame specified (it doesn't take a whole day to install a toilet roll holder). The girls in admin are great with follow up but I can't say the same about the Angus, the manager. Had to constantly chase him up and when I expressed my anger and dissappoint to the admin people he sent someone else out to finish the job and didn't even bother calling me. Would I recommend them, although the job was done well, I probably wouldn't recommend them as I felt I was put on the back burner for having a smaller reno than the other jobs they were working on.
