Warning bells went off from the start! First of all when I phoned up for an appointment, no one answered the phone for 2 days!! I finally sent them an emailing asking for someone to call me. Their accuse was that a tradie pulled out the phone line. I finally made a booking then 48 hours before I supposed to have my massage they phoned to say they doubled booked me. I not only organised for a day off from work but I wasted that day off because they can't book people in properly. I even booked over a month in advance. I received a lousy apology and not even some form of compensation like a small discount or anything like that. There are plenty of fantastic day spas in Mornington, don't bother with this one!

Excellent customer service, really friendly and also offer great advice. The difference between these guys and the ones you find at bunnings is that they actually know what they are talking about. Keep up the great work guys!

The most dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been into. Had to use their facilities on a number of occassions and each time has been really unsatisfactory. Also waited in line for ages to get served and no one served me so I walked out (although there were 5 crew members standing around behind the counter). McDonalds should be really ashamed of this restraurant.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist until I went to Ormond Dental. Dr Longano calls you through all the procedures and puts your mind at rest (And occasionally jokes around with you!) The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are spotless and the services are reasonably priced... highly recommended!

The food and service is what you find at a typical country pub... good food, good service nothing overally special. I have always had a good meal there and the staff are really friendly. This is the pub the locals to go, the Esplanade is where the tourist go. This pub is much friendler than the Esplanade and the food is much better.

Overall the job was well done, but I had to constantly follow them up because the job wasn't done in the time frame specified (it doesn't take a whole day to install a toilet roll holder). The girls in admin are great with follow up but I can't say the same about the Angus, the manager. Had to constantly chase him up and when I expressed my anger and dissappoint to the admin people he sent someone else out to finish the job and didn't even bother calling me. Would I recommend them, although the job was done well, I probably wouldn't recommend them as I felt I was put on the back burner for having a smaller reno than the other jobs they were working on.

Great sevice, very quick and quality is excellent. Usually get my toners within 3 working days. I have just starting ordering stationery there too, so I will let you know how I go with that.

I order mont blanc refills from this place all the time and I highly recommend them. I order through their site which is very user friendly and easy to follow. Prices are really competitive and are much cheaper than what you would find in a specialist shop.

Fantastic company. Laurie was on time, really friendly and gave me tips on how to look after my carpet. Really reliable company and quite inexpensive for the quality of work done. Will definately use Drychem again.
