Under two warranty repairs, got bike back with oil cap not screwed in so it spilt oil on my jeans (first time) and headlight not connected (second time).
Took bike for "free" inspection and it suddenly needed an oil leak repaired at a cost of $500 (there was no oil on the garage floor and at worst I believe it would have been appropriate to say 'get that looked at on your next service'). Considered taking up the offer to get 20% off for servicing in December-January, but decided they would probably make up the difference by finding something else that "needs fixing".

First time i went there service was great. New staff in store recently and the service has gotten a bit slack. Often forget to call back. Bike service is good, but slightly expensive
I won't use them or go near them, ripped me off on the purchase of my bike, been a customer for years, new management, didn't look after me, scratched my new bike, didn't put things back properly after service, rude rude rude!!!! Didn't want to know anything about a warranty issue (no money in it for them). They don't look after their valued customers but they are very very happy to take your money. Hate them! Won't go near them again. I have nothing kind to say about them and won't recommend them to anyone. Feel sorry for the few good guys there in spare parts! Come back please Tom Byrnes!!!!!
