The good: no need for an appointment, even on a busy day.
The bad: staff were rude, uniforms of all staff appeared very dirty, poor quality polish, uneven application, dirty thongs and toe-dividers, rough treatment by staff with my feet - the list goes on! Try anywhere else!

Expected better from this place, being smack dab in the middle of the city and all.
Did an awful acrylic job on my nails. Plucked my old acrylics off with a tweezer instead of soaking them off (I already have thin nails, it hurt like mad). Buffed them down too far, didn't even bother on my cuticles. Went straight to gluing on new acrylics, got the wrong size for my fingers. Glue got stuck to all of my fingers, had to sit there prying my fingers apart from the glue while the lady started some more buffing (because she apparently hadn't removed enough of my nails). Did an absolutely shocking job with the acrylic powder, the nails look wider than my finger! So thick and not at all the shape I asked for. All uneven, barely look like they're all from the same set of nails. A shoddy job painting them, too - nailpolish was still all over my fingers when I left, wasn't even dry after they left me on my own to sit with my hands in front of the fan while they all pretended I wasn't even in the store! After 5 minutes, already found bumps and missed spots, and wear/tear marks in my nail where it wasn't dry. Definitely won't be returning here. Absolute nightmare of an experience. Can't wait to get these nails off!!

I came here to get shape, buff and shellac which costed $25 -which I think is a pretty good price. There was a great range of colours to choose from and the staff were lovely. I was so happy with my nail colour and it lasted quite long which reflects on how much care the staff member took when doing my nails. I would definitely go back again.

I visited here to get my nails done before formal. I think the prices are very good for the service provided. For less than $18, I had a nail buff, clean, massage, cut, and paint. The colour range to choose from was awesome and the staff were friendly and efficient. I went in without a booking and was able to be seen just half an hour later. It is also a great place to go with a girlfriend and to chat whilst having a manicure!

they hurt my finger nails! but the nails looked amazing for the price. The service was chatting to her friend the whole time she did my nails!.. but i don't think she spoke english very well anyway..

every girl need special attention when it comes to the beauty and nails. when I visit them I know they will do the best job for me and i feel so relax, so awesome service, good value for money,they do have package deals to save money.
