Went with a friend for pedicures. My friend was still waiting 20 minutes after my pedicure had started and ended up just having her colour changed with no pedicure so we could finish at the same time. My colour was done by an older lady who could not speak English, couldn’t understand me and the application could have been done better by a child! Absolutely disgraceful job which rubbed off as soon as I put my thong on. I asked them to remove it all before I left because it looked terrible. When I said I wasn’t paying for it, total waste of my time the worker added the price of my pedicure to my friends bill and she paid for both!!! I visited this salon 3 weeks ago and suffered a severe nail infection as a result. I had to have 1 dose of intravenous antibiotics plus 2 rounds of antibiotic tablets which I am still taking. I have also had to have my nail surgically removed. I have not contacted the salon because I know it would be a complete waste of time and will never ever go back and have advised my friends to give this salon a wide berth.

good no frills value for money so if you'ree happy with getting good nails at decent prices without all the pomp and circumstance associated with visiting a salong a great

The staff do a great job on your nails, very friendly staff they are also do great pedicure.

The nails I had done were okay, not the best quality I've had done though. The staff are friendly, but most cannot speak English and are hard to understand as they often point to things like when they want you to wash your hands or put them under the UV lights. The massage chairs are good, and the prices are cheap but I wouldn't be rushing back there.

They do okay nails here, better than a couple of other ProfessioNail salons. Really busy salon on Thursday nights so you need to book. I was kept waiting once long enough that I left without having my nails done but that was only once.
Staff chatter to themselves the whole time in their language which is a bit annoying.
Due to the lack of English some of the staff point a lot as in 'wash hand' and then point to the sink.

Massage Chairs - Priceless. I lived at this salon while i was heavily pregnant getting pedicures! And it was nice and relaxing because they actually spoke to me which i have notice does not happen in a lot of the asian salons.

Always friendly and do a good job. My personal statement is my nails so it important that I go somewhere that delivers truly different and unique Nail Art.

I went here with my Mum and a good friend two weeks ago for the first time and it was a pleasant experience. We all had pedicures and had fun in the process. It took a little longer than normal (45mins or so) but the outcome was lovely. Some of the staff are hilarious and easy to talk to, others cannot speak much English at all, which really bugs me.
