My first visit here was in May 2023. Had a shilac done that after a couple od days later started pealing off, but had a bad flu so couldn't go back then. Went back about 2 weeks later again and was told there's something on my nails they couldn't get rid of and I pointed to the lady who did my nails last but she said I didn't do it. All and all I went there 4 times in 4 weeks period and paid for the service every time even though they ruined my strong nails. Now I'm stuck for months waiting for that residue to grow out and my nails look terrible. Not going back there ever again.

This is my go-to nail bar. Always friendly staff, always pleased to see a regular face. And I always leave with great nails that get lots of compliments. It's important to understand that not everyone who works here speaks English as their first language. But they always seek to understand you. The words "please", "thank you" and "beautiful" are pretty universal anyway.
Thanks ladies for always making me feel welcome and special.

I wouldn't normally bother to write a review but the customer service here was the worst I have encountered. The woman doing my nails hardly even looked at me when she spoke so I couldnt tell whether she was talking to me or a colleague. Also, she was to careless with the cutting that she even cut my finger at one stage instead of the nail. She then proceeded to brush chemical right into the wound. It is not hyperbole when I say I felt like I was in a production line and the workers couldn't have cared less! Save the extra $30 if you want a manicure and go to Nailzone off High Street!!! Very unhappy 0/10

BAD BUSINESS! I had a gift voucher for a pedicure. I am not a regular so when asked to choose a colour I clearly told them I had a gift voucher for a pedicure... and what can I choose from? My understanding was a normal colour or shellac... at no point was there a mention of extra cost to choose shellac. I had my feet soaking with the massage chair before I chose the colour which is when I again said I have the pedicure gift voucher can I choose shellac or just normal colour? The lady said any, so I chose a shellac and again no mention of paying more money. So when I was asked to pay $12 extra I wasn't happy. Not that I am worried about $12 but the principal of it. I asked twice and was up front about the voucher. They tried to tell me I changed my mind and that's why they print the prices. But I have a gift voucher, so I am not going to look at your pricelist! I was upfront all along and asked what was included and after 10 minutes of arguing I was still forced to pay. There is nothing on the gift voucher to say includes colour only. They also blamed me for not showing the voucher. I told the staff about it and they should know what it includes and if not, all they had to do was ask to see it which they did not. I tried to do the right thing and they couldn't care less so don't give these guys any more money, use someone who knows how to run a business properly!

DO NOT GO HERE.

they may be cheap, but it's not worth it. spend a little extra & go somewhere that will treat you with kindness and have you walking out with amazing nails.

the only thing I walked out of this nail salon was with sore nailbeds & uneven and fat nails. I had to remove my nails 2hours later.

staff are extremely rude & one in particular rolled her eyes at me when I sat down. I would be appalled if these staff members were representing my company.

This nail salon is usually very busy which just proves that they do a great job! They are very friendly and helpful but since it is so busy occassionally you can be left waiting for a while and it may feel like they are trying to rush you but even then they still do a great job!

My mum came to you guys once and said you did a really great job except that you left her soaking for such a long time!

They are very good at their work but the service could be better. I enjoy it more when the staff members try to have some conversation otherwise it gets a bit boring. The staff member who served me worked quietly and didn't speak much when i tried a conversation. but my nails looked very beautiful.

The staff here know what they are doing and are very efficient in getting it done. Full set of nails is around $50, infills are $30. Infills can be done during a lunch break! Don't expect a conversation though as the staff generally talk between themselves.
