As a prospective tenant,I must say that Dean showed up promptly to show the property at 9.30 am today,answered all of our questions and the others that he didn't know got in touch with the owners and emailed me within the hour.Very pleased... sorry to Equinox real estate maybe you should get a few lessons from Dean on how to treat a client.

I used these guys to manage an investment property and would never go back there. They put in a tenant who not only didn't pay rent but also damaged the property. Finally got him out but then they disregarded our request for time to clean up the property and immediately started showing it again even though it was in terrible condition. Hardly a way to get us a decent tenant and good rent! Don't use them, stay away.
It must go with the name "Professionals" as I likewise have had extremely poor service from the so called "Professionals" at Cannington. In process of changing agents, wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
