Not only is her friendly, smiling disposition and welcome a wonderful greeting, but she is extremely helpful and a wonderful resource too. She ensure all stakeholders receive the relevant communications from Professor Bryant to ensure medical professionals supporting patients like my father are 'in the loop'.
