Peter provides exceptional mechanical services to vehicles owned by both my father and I. His Log book service for my car is significantly cheaper than log book car service website quotes or car manufacturer requirements and he completes the service to the letter of the logbook using high quality parts and oils as recommended by the manufacturer. Other services are significantly cheaper matched by exceptional, professional and detailed quality of workmanship. Very hard to find a trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional mechanic that can diagnose an issue correctly and charge very reasonable rates, but I have certainly found one!

Professor Bryant is Associate Professor of Mediciine- Thoracic Diseases. His specialty is in asthma, occupational lung disease, COPD and Lung Cancer.

As my father's carer, I have attended consultations for my father with Professor Bryant. Professor Bryant is a caring, compassionate and resourceful specialist. Over ten years ago, he identified an incorrect diagnosis made by other specialists and arranged immediate medical intervention with his medical colleagues resulting in life saving surgery. Professor Bryant's outstanding knowledge of Thoracic disease in conjunction with the latest and most effective treatments and medications, have allowed my father to live as independent as he can with minimal discomfort, considering his COPD condition. Professor Bryant communicates effectively to both myself and my father and ensures my father understands and is included in all decisions regarding treatment. Professor Bryant has provided me with the necessary resources to allow me to effectively care for my father. What is surprising is Professor Bryant bulk bills pensioners.

Bette, Professor Bryant's secretary, is a wonderful point of contact and assistance. Not only is her friendly, smiling disposition and welcome a wonderful greeting, but she is extremely helpful and a wonderful resource too. Bette goes out of her way to support patients, using her professional connections to make appointments with other medical departments or specialists. She ensure all stakeholders receive the relevant communications from Professor Bryant to ensure medical professionals supporting patients like my father are 'in the loop'. She is happy to listen and help in any way possible or suggest pathways to achieve the best outcomes.

Professor Bryant and Bette are a wonderful team. The services provided are the highest possible. I needed my fuse holders replaced with safety switches/circuit breakers and also required additional circuit breakers to be installed. ABC Electrical Services responded very quickly with a quote and follow up phone call. Mal was always available to take my calls and discuss my concerns and options. Although ABC could not come out immediately as they were heavily booked, they made time to come out and temporarily provide power to my power points. On the day of the booking, Scotty arrived promptly and commenced immediately. He explained what he was going to do and checked if I was happy. Susan, Christine and the whole team provide exceptional service. They can hold and manage your prescriptions, reminding you when you need a new prescription, when you have reached the PBS safety net threshold. You can call for your prescriptions to be dispensed so they are ready when you arrive. They offer generic brands substitutions. They have wonderful gift ideas and products at very competitive products. Lovely to visit a pharmacy that knows your name, your needs and provides exceptional service.

Immediately approaching the counter, I was greeting by a gentleman with a friendly smile and asked how he could be of assistance. I indicated that I lost all my keys today and need to be replaced. The gentleman serving me was compassionate about what had happened to me. He asked me what keys I needed cutting. I indicated I wanted a key cut on a particular key template and he offered it to me at no extra cost. Whilst he was cutting my keys, another gentleman came over and chatted. When my keys were cut, the second gentleman gave me a further 14% discount and provided an additonal tag and ring to for my new keys.

I came to cut keys and I walked away a very happy customer. Exceptional customer service and quality (all keys worked brilliantly) and wonderful discounts. Can't ask for more.

I would thoroughly recommend Mister Minit Merrylands to all my friends, family and everyone else. They are wonderful. Who would have thought cuting keys would result in a great experience!

The person supplies products not fit for purchase. When trying to exchange or refund, the owner becomes aggressive both physically and verbally. I am absolutely gobsmacked at the owners lack of customer service and inferior products. Be careful when purchasing products from there.

I was served by salesperson Feng. exceptional customer serviced. He listened to my requirements and found the product I needed. He gave me a discount to price match. Store Manager contacted me and offered me further 10% refund as per price matching policy.

I want to commend Nicole Y who served me. In addition to her cheery disposition, Nicole's customer service was exceptional and outstanding, going out of her way to find the products I wanted and have them transferred to the Parramatta store beause they were not available at the store visited. She spent over 30 minutes to locate the appropriate products and phone a couple of times to let me know the status of the order. The benchmark for exceptional service.
