Ryan has done 2 pre-purchase pest inspections for me, including an invasive inspection. He is extremely thorough and professional. On both occasions his inspections took so long the real estate agent had to leave before he was finished, as it took much longer than they expected. His reports are sent by email the same day. He explains his findings in great detail in person if you attend at the property after the inspection and shows you any points to note. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone and would not use anyone else in the future.
