The software is incredibly dynamic and well laid out, making it very user-friendly. The input pages are intuitive, and the output pages provide all the necessary information in a clear manner.

What I like most about NextPurchase is its ability to model different scenarios with various price points and loan-to-value ratio (LVR) options. This feature has been invaluable in understanding how different property purchase decisions impact my monthly cash flow and available funds post the purchase. I first used Property Planning Australia (PPA) in 2021 and returned to them when I refinanced in 2023. Their approach is not transactional so you’re going to get service that is tailored to your needs and goals, whatever that may be. As part of their service, I didn’t have to prompt them to request for my rate to be reviewed. After 12 months with the lender, I was impressed with receiving an email from the PPA advising the lender has reduced my variable rate well before the cash rate started to increase. It effectively delayed the cash rate increases by 3 months, as in, it took 3 cash rate increases before my variable rate was higher than what it was originally.

Very impressed with how smoothly our first home purchase went! Our Strategic Mortgage Broker Richard put forward a mortgage strategy that enabled us to keep access to more funds as a safety net, that we are happy with. Highly recommend their services!
