The PMC is slightly out of town for me.
The staff are friendly and helpful but this is a busy practice and the waiting times are HIGH. There is a range of specialists and the Doctors are excellent. There is a pathology service on the grounds. The waiting time for my last appointment was well over an hour. (Not happy) I have now switched to another Medical Centre that's in town and is within walking distance. So no more driving the car to the Docs. A BIG plus!

The medical centre has recently had a revamp and the reception area is much more inviting as are the new consulting rooms. The doctors often run late but understandably so as they are a busy practice. The nurses and doctors are lovely

Having been a patient here for most of my adult life and taken my children there from birth I have always been happy with the service provided. Whilst at times I may wait for a non urgent appointment with my preferred doctor they have always been flexible in getting my family in to see a doctor when the unexpected has occurred.

Such a lovely family practice, they have a lovely range of doctors all with personal medical interests and specialties. Some of the more popular doctors arent great at running on schedule but they do have a lovely bed side manner. Unfortunately like most other practices in Tasmania they don't bulk bill so it is expensive

I have been a patient at this practice for several years, I now take my young children to this practice. I have dealt with most doctors and have never had any complaints, they are always more than accommodating for more urgent appointments not warranting a trip to the emergency department. I happily refer any family or friends when they are taking on new patients

I've been a paitient of this medical centre for a number of years now. I've always found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful. Appointments with your doctor can take up to a fortnight but if its more urgent they will accommodate with another doctor. Their practise is in a modern building with plenty of reading material to fill in the time you're waiting.
