Ibrahim and Adam arrived promptly at 7am. Firstly, they steamed cleaned my lounge room rug ( which had many stains on it). Carried it down two flights of stairs.! It’s quite large. They then proceeded to clean two bedrooms and a hallway. Without exaggerating the rug and carpets look brand new. They also steam cleaned our two stairwells which have a lot of traffic (unit block) Ibrahim and Adam were personable, pleasant and worked efficiently. Would highly recommend this company. I asked for a business card to give to a friend. This morning it was lovely to walk on fresh clean carpet. The quote was very competitive.

Got my mattress deep cleaned by Protec Carpet Cleaning. Everything was perfect! Communication was great, he showed up right on time and worked his magic pulling out all the bacteria, dead skin and germs from my mattress. My husband and I are so happy with the results. The mattress smelled so clean and nice, whatever shampoo he used filled the whole house with the nicest scent as it dried. I’m convinced it’s cleaner now than when we took it out of the box brand new!! I couldn’t recommend protec carpet cleaning enough! Do yourself a favour and have them come over and do every couch and mattress you have I’m going to have to get our 6 piece couch done before my daughter is born so that I can be certain it’s clean and sanitised

Protec carpet cleaning came out today and done an amazing job on my couch and rugs. They practically came out new again there was also a foul vomit smell on the rug that was also gone. Highly recommend this company such great and reliable service.
