On time, no mess left behind. That included taking up bricks, cleaning toilet room floor from finding tree roots in pipes.
Since using Proud plumbing & gas I use no other. Very fair price.

Our oven died 2 days before Xmas! Panic Station at our house… especially since we had about 15 people coming, so after running around like a lunatic trying to find a suitable oven… in stock… and getting it home… we started ringing around trying to find a plumber to remove old oven and plumb in the new one. Lots of places said yes… then plumber would ring and would say no… finally found Proud Plumbing and the lady said yes, someone will come out today… to which we were skeptical of… then Jack rang us back, said he’d be there in 25mins, which he was, had it all sorted in a such a quick time. Jack is a lovely young man. Proud Plumbing is lucky to have him. He has a great way of making his customers feel at ease and we didn’t have to worry. We will be using these guys for any future work. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Proud Plumbing and Gas; Ethan who was there to complete the task of removing the old Gas Water Heater Unit and replacing with new, completed the task in a very professional and timely fashion. He was friendly and easy to talk to and took control of the situation fast and even replacing the basin tap in that period.

Great job by Proad Plummers, full replace of plastic pipes to copper, done quickly and follow up service, couldn’t speak highly of Max and his staff

Attended in a timely manner to a burst hot water system and were able to do the replacement the same day. Workmanship was good, and management responded well to resolve my queries about charges.

I had an big problem water going everywhere at 2am Max was here in 30mins fixed the problem for me

No-one wants a plumbing emergency - least of all at 11pm on a Sunday night! I was just drifting off to sleep when I heard water suddenly cascading from my ensuite basin. A metal hose had busted underneath and water was pouring out at a rate of knots. I contacted Proud Plumbing and Gas and Max arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly took control of the situation and replaced the hoses with new ones that had small isolation taps on them. The service was professional and friendly and I am so grateful for the quick response.
Hopefully I won’t have another emergency for a long while (my stress levels couldn’t take it) but if I do, I’ll be straight on the phone to Proud Plumbing and Gas!
