Nasty staff and they lie.
Extremely disappointed in the gympie store. I bought 2 back up rings yesterday for a wedding that was coming up. No time for resizing and our original ones were being delivered outside the time frame. Told them all of that.
Was told the men's ring was gold when I asked.. woman had to turn around to someone else to ask who said it was. I didn't want any gold plating. Needed it to match the woman's ring. later found out on google it was just gold plated. Both rings didn't fit and the woman who served me the day before told me I could return them if not worn. Never did they indicate I wasn't allowed a full refund.

They lied about the material and the return process.
Went in to return the next day and they say no it's classed as change of mind. Try to pry for private information that's irrelevant to them.
They flat out lied to me day before. Now stuck with 2 rings that do not fit.
Have already complained to product review, asic, accc you name it.

When trying to call they pick up the phone to hang it up multiple times. Not even any proper service.
Asked my partner all his personal information when returning to. When he didn't make the purchase. Then tried to pry information out of him about who we contacted. That's poor customer service. Irrelevant to them. They just wanted to have a whine after he left

No time to resize.
Partner not even happy with the material. We believed it was 9karrot gold not plated!

Won't be letting this go without full refund.

Was quite happy with the service a got from a junior in there the other day. I explained what I was after n she went out of her way to help. And found exactly what I was after. At an awesome price. Well done

Jewelery is not great, some of it is cheap others not so cheap. Service was ok got a bit busy and i ended up leaving as no one offered to help me so overall i probably would shop else where

I have dealt with Prouds at Gympie twice now and it has left a bad taste in my mouth each time. The staff are really rude and they are overpriced, not just on stock but on repairs etc.
