Unfortunately they are the only hardware store in our area so i have been here more often then i wish. The staff are never helpful, often rude. They are most often overpriced because there is no competition. Their customer service really stinks, no one will go out of their way to help you at all.

I have dealt with Prouds at Gympie twice now and it has left a bad taste in my mouth each time. The staff are really rude and they are overpriced, not just on stock but on repairs etc.

I have had both my dogs at this Vet and they are great. They know what they are doing and they are great about explaining everything in layman's terms. I will always take my dogs to this vet whenever is necessary.

I bought a 3 seater lounge and two recliners from them. They had a huge range and i had trouble deciding and they were really patient and helpful with me. I am really happy with my purchase, they did a great deal for me too.

Then i went to Melt me and found EVERYTHING i needed. They have everything you could imagine needing, plus they rent out cake tins so there is no need to buy one.

My car broke down and i was stuck on the side of the road with my 2yr old. I rang Gympie Towing and they came straight away, within 15 minutes my car was being towed to the nearest mechanic. The guy was really friendly and it made a stressful time a little easier to deal with.
