My 10 year old got a $50 voucher for Christmas. Today she managed to get s/silver necklace, bracelet, ring and earrings for that. The lady was so patient with her, didn't push, waited till she saw that my daughter had chosen something herself rather than be pushed into it and was continuously pointing out items on sale in the same style. I could not fault anything about the experience and my daughter is delighted with her purchases

Nothing to get excited about...went last week to spend around $3,000 on a Diaamond Ring and didn't feel like any of the 2 staff I saw were even slightly interested in showing me something I might like...wouldn't go back here again..

I visited this store to enquire about purchasing 3 pairs of diamond stud earrings, each varying in size. The assistant was extremely helpful and kept searching through stock to locate the specific styles I was after. I was extremely pleased when she was able to discount these items significantly and I ended up purchaseing all three pair for a little bit more than the price of the largest pair i had selected.
Staff were friendly, helpful and exceeded my expectations.

I went in to purchase a ring, the sales girl was REALLY helpful and we werent sure, she showed us some which were just as i was explaining and walked out with a gorgeous ring and paid only half price for it. VERY happy!!

Prouds is a good jewellers with a great range of silver jewellery at affordable prices. However the employees were very rude to me and when I came into the shop they did not acknowledge me and when I wanted to by something their service towards me was not nice. They were not interested in me at all. I left with a purchase but in tears.
