We were her yesterday..having a coffee and cake before we went to the movies. My GF got lukewarm coffee...mine was hot enough but didn't taste great at all. The lemon meringue pie serve's were the stingiest I have ever seen, didn't complain as I shouldn't really have been eating it anyway..My friend did mention politely that her coffee was cold and the answer she got was "okay" Thanks!! A lot to learn about customer service here..It didn't spoil our day but we won't be back..
Drive to this DVD Store as they really do a great job to help you in every way..great help/tips when choosing DVD's, very patient and child-friendly...Nice helpful staff...wELL DONE. Cheap Tuesdays are great..
Yummiest food, homemade quality, fab sauces, fab dips, spreads...coffee to die for...really great family-run outfit...child and breast-feeding friendly...I am quite fussy so this gets 5 stars from me....Love this place, so different to the chains!!
Approximate cost: $12
Overpriced and not great quality...not competitiive either considering that it is so close to a major supermarket...I avoid it unless I am desperate
Always get some nice quality fruit and veg here...love the deli style aspect to this fruit and veg...bit overpriced at times but guess this is due to the location.
Great place to break for a cuppa and tasty cake...just lovely to browse the books too...what a great idea. Have purchased some really special books for my little one here too...good location too..
Approximate cost: $12
Always enjoy going here for a coffee and cake or even something a little more substantial...great coffee and nice milkshakes and hot chocolates..Staff could be friendlier and smile a bit more but on the upside they are generally fast, efficient and on the ball. Love the yummy food they serve...that's why I go back..always something for everyone.
Approximate cost: $12
Nothing to get excited about...went last week to spend around $3,000 on a Diaamond Ring and didn't feel like any of the 2 staff I saw were even slightly interested in showing me something I might like...wouldn't go back here again..
Approximate cost: $3000
I used to really enjoy having lunch, coffee and a catch-up here with my girlfriends but I was very disappointed the last 3 times I visited. The quality of the food and esp cakes is really good..tastes like homemade, even if a little overpriced.. Ordered several coffees, cakes and added a " baby-cinno" for my little 3 yr old daughter as a treat last week..was charged $2.70 for what is essentially milk-froth with a bit of chocolate powder dusted on the top...The unfriendly assisstant asked if I wanted marshmallows and I said "Yes Please"..was charged 70 cents for 2 normal marshmallows...just a bit O.T.T I think. Didn't say anything as didn't want to spoil the outing etc but won't be back...staff were unfriendly, not a single smile..actually felt like a nuisance!! Pity as the food is yummy...staff need to realize that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired...probably better to buy the cakes and take them home or go elsewhere to eat them. Shame as the cafe itself is quite inviting...
Had been going to another salon for years but tried this salon when I purchased one of those amazing vouchers off the net..I will be back because I got a fantastic haircut, staff were very attentive, had 2 coffees, eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash tint was perfect, was walking on air(almost) when I got out of there..lol. Also, the lovely senior hairstylist that looked after me made sure to tell me about the special discounts they offer during the week which would save me over $100 on what I normally pay. I would drive the extra distance to get my hair done here...Also need to book in a few weeks in advance...can see why they are so busy! Also I didn't feel that my haircut and foils were being rushed which made the overall experience very nice indeed.
