Thr staff members certainly provide outstanding customer. They should be acknowledged and rewarded for their great work as they are true assets to the company and will keep the customers happy and coming back for more. I only buy my jewellery and gifts from this store and I've never been disappointed with quality and price of the beautiful items sold there.

A few months ago, my then boyfriend and I went in to have a look at engagement rings. We were acknowleged and greated when we first walked in and to me that's important in customer service. The ladies there were really helpful and not pushy at all. They helped us choose our gorgeous rings and we placed them on layby, we even got a discount too.

I would definately recommend and go back to this store again!

i bought a snowflake necklace for my mother for her birthday. as soon as i walked in i was greeted and asked what i was looking for. they directed me to the place where i would most likely find what i wanted. she wasnt pushy and gave me time to contemplate and choose the perfect present and plus she gave my a discount on the necklace too.

Staff were very friendly, helpful with answering my questions. I have found this Prouds a lot better then some of the other ones i have gone to.
