Thus, when we were looking at installing a Daikin Split system in a Melbourne property we decided to contact the business. Our gas-boosted solar hot water system was reaching the end of its life, but we want to move off gas completely so I called Matthew at Pure Electric to find out about the Sanden heat pump HWS. They were terrific to deal with from initial quote, scheduling, and on the day of installation. After being used to having hot water on demand due to the instantaneous gas booster, I was a bit worried about a heat pump storage tank running out of hot water. Now, three weeks later, I can report that the water is wondefully hot and we have never run out.

I bought a Sanden 300l HWS. The quote was the best. Note that Sanden is a premium product and has restricted distributors. The advice I received was valuable. Organisation of local installers - plumber and electrician was immediate. They also provided good advice. I would short list Pure Electric for any solar or HWS product.
