Had a 30 min massage which was very relaxing and just the right pressure and an express facial. Put off a bit by the product and rebooking hard sell at the end. The beautician tried to convince me to book a future treatment regime costing $399 to save 20% off a $73 cleanser. Think I'll stick to massages in future.

I have had a couple of appointments at pure indulgence, I usually get my eyebrows waxed there and they are brilliant and nice however I got a spray tan in January and the lady that did it was quite rude, I guess it just depends who you get, It was one of my first ones and I had no idea what to do and she put me in a room with no details or anything and then got frustrated when I had no idea what was happening. The ladies I have had for the eyebrows are very nice and always talkative, It may have just been this one girl.

I received a massage and facial when I visited Pure Indulgence at Indooroopilly. I found the ladies working there to be lovely and professional and while the services were good, they weren't amazing. What I did like was that you were given a form to fill out regarding your skin in terms of sensitivity and any problem areas. The treatment was then altered to suit your skin type and exactly what you want. I did enjoy my experience however they did not go above and beyond my expectations and did not leave me wanting to come back specifically to their business - I found it to be just another normal experience as you would get at any massage parlour or day spa.

mid - november last year i purchased an $80 massage voucher for my daughter's 20th birthday. As happens to alot of people = the voucher was in the pocket of one of her clothing items and went through the wash, we managed to stick it back together and you could clearly see the store name and the amount and date on it. However because they couldn't read the voucher number would not honour it a month ago before the expiry date. i had the manager called and she was adamant that was the rules but i wasn't budging so she said to my daughter that she would email head office and see what they say and let my daughter know. a month went by and early this month after not having heard from her i emailed the Head Office myself and to this day still haven't heard from either of them! How about an 'honour' system or putting in a system where you take the clients name and then when something happens like this you have some backup to confirm. $80 is $80 - most disappointing in the company!

Blissful. So peaceful and relaxing. The only thing I didn't like was they way they tried to push a sale on their products. My husband had a massage at the same time and they tried the same tactics on him.

Good quality products are used. Staff very friendly. No hard selling either which is good. The Facials could have lasted a little longer. Didn't feel like I got my money's worth.

I love using Pure Indulgence for relaxation and beauty services. Each of their rooms is very relaxing and makes the whole experience stress free. The staff are also all very friendly and professional.
