Great customer service! They could fit me in within 24 hours to deal with my issue. Chris called before arrival so I could be there when he got there, after giving me a window of time initially the day before. He attended to the problem quickly and gave me a diagnosis within minutes. Fortunately it was just a servicing issue but he was honest and said it wouldn't be long before I may need a new door (it is 25 years old) so I am now preparing for that possibility rather than being shocked when it does happen. Purple Patch Doors did a fabulous job getting the post war house frame for an automatic door ready and then installing the custom made garage door. They stuck to the letter on any undertakings they made. They were friendly, courteous, helpful, reliable and competent.
