Woeful the staff are unfriendly and often rude. The receptionist is rude and scowls when you speak to her. Its a waste of time they dont help you find work. I have no driving licence they knew this but sent me to the other side of town for a job interview to work in a butchers 3 buses and a tram later i arrived at my interview to find out it was for a delivery driver!!
pretty basic service, nice people but arent really that well equiped to hep you find employment. reception is often unattended which can get annoying.

I wish these kinds of services were Audited with feedback from the clients - they don't seem to see their clients as customers, more like naughty schoolchildren or losers. :-(
