Was welcomed with a big smile and treated like a princess the whole time I was in the spa. Quite expensive but fantastic service... not something you'd do on a weekly basis - just for a treat =)

Very pretty spa, treatment rooms are beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and make you feel special as soon as you arrive. Heaps of treatments to chose from.

The spa treatments I received were wonderful, the therapists were good, however the staff at the counter (where I made payment at the end) were incredibly rude, unprofessional, abrupt, etc. Disappointing as it made my experience horrible...would never return.
