Terrible experience with Qbe. Do not insure with them. Have been a policy holder for several years, no claims. The one time I go to make a claim and they delay delay and delay when they know that every day I was losing money. Three weeks later they are still asking the same questions in different ways. This is their game/ plot to make you wait till you end up paying for repairs yourself. I’ve lost three weeks worth of work and still have to pay for the machine to be repaired. A massive that I provided full maintenance record including one prior to the fire in the machine by only a few weeks, photos, videos, a mechanic report supporting the issue with the fire and still playing games. Would not release the money. Despicable, highly incompetent and disgraceful company. Do not insure with them they will not pay if it comes time to needing it.

qbe insurance have always been great and helpful.we have been with them for quite a few years now.their prices are competitive and you can get discounts depending on what your driving history is like.

I've been with QBE car insurance for over 15 years and I have never had an issue with putting in a claim. Their prices are competitive, especially if you have been with them for a while.

for the past 18 months I have been using qbe for my greenslip (purchasing a 6 month coverage each time, meaning 3 times in total). They have out done every other company on price and the service for me is hassle free as I either pay it online or at a post office. Never a problem and never a mistake.
I would recommend QBE as your first choice when getting a greenslip quote.

Have had my auto insurance with QBE for more than 5 years. No at fault claims in past 25 years of driving and Rating 1 with QBE since 2007. In November 2012 I get rear ended by a truck with my car being written off. Initial offer is ridiculously $3-5k less than similar cars on offer on carsales and carsguide sites. Please note it is a not at fault claim but QBE feel it is warranted that their customer end up out of pocket. 8 weeks later they increase offer and cars offered as comparisons have mileage between 50-110k whereas my car had less than 40k mileage. Conveniently ignored similar mileage cars on market in making assesments of value. 10 weeks post incident and still no sign of resolution. An insurance company is only as good as the cover they provide when you need it. QBE certainly does not offer you the protection you think you are paying for.

Have been with QBE for 5 years now. Have our house, contents and car insured with them. Multi-policy discount applies for us. I shop around every year the premiums are due and can not find a better price. On a couple of occassions I have phoned them and they have reduced my premium simply by my asking. Can not fault them for customer service
