If you are looking for a plumber this is the right guy! We came home last night at 10pm, our hot water system was making a noise and water was leaking underneath. Called Simon late at night, he was out the next day which was Saturday at 7:00am. He recommended a replacement, and came back out at midday to install the new hot water system. All the reviews here sum him up, very honest, reliable and get's the job done with a high level of professionalism!

Simon has recently installed a brand new Rheem Stellar 360 gas system at my property for $400 less than what others was charging. He was very helpful as he explained what the problem was in easy to digest language. Importantly, he was clear, upfront and honest about what needs to be done and completed the job in a very professional and timely manner (the system was installed within 45 minutes). I highly recommend his services and am glad that he's local so that he can quickly attend to my primary property and investment property (no call out fee for Quakers Hill residents!).

I called Quakers Hill Hot Water as I had no hot water. I was nervous being female and this was the first time that I had to call a tradesperson and expected a costly job. With Quakers Hill Hot Water this was not the case, explained everthing clearly in a way that I understood and was pleasantly surprised when, as I am in the local area, I didn't have to pay a call out fee.
