Amazing staff who were so kind when my kitten was handed in deceased with possible poison. They took lil paw prints for me and sent a beautiful heart felt card. Going the extra mile. Excellent team and very thoughtful gesture means so much when we lose our fur babies

apalling lack of customer service in the most distressing of times. UNNACEPTABLE delays and absolutely no communication and i won't be going back. don't blame "a busy time" for delays and for customers having to follow up on their pet (especially when they have spent a LOT of money with you, we don't want excuses. Inexcusable.

I have five cats at the moment. Have had cats all my life. Went to my local vet at Wilberforce and all he wanted to do was tests on my old 15 year old cat who was clearly getting worse by the day. A cat lover from the local SES recommended Dr. Michael Sames at this Vet Hospital, he took one look at my old cat and disagnosed the problem straight away. This was 18 months ago and my cat is doing so well. He will be 17 years this year. I cannot speak of this Vet hospital more highly, the staff are courteous and very professional. I do agree there is often a wait but at least I feel I can trust them to look after my cats. I have recommended them to other animal lovers seeking a Vet.

The staff and vet's here are very well trained and have alot of experience. I just think the service fees are too high. Overall it is a very convient local vet if you live in the area.

I have been going to this Vet for quite a few years. I used to go to another one near Whalan that was more pricey and no better. Years before that I also used to go here just after it opened. I only switched because my petshop dog had an agreement with the Whalan vet for one free vaccination. I take both my dogs to Quakers Hill Vets now and they are courteous, and efficient. There may be a wait and times but I have never considered it excessive, just an indicator that a lot of people use this Vet. They are doing that well lately that they are currently expanding their business with building renovations. I have not had any serious issues with my animals but they have helped with nail trimmings, ear infections, rear end gland problems etc. The annual vaccination seems slightly cheaper than most. I can't complain and have no reason to change.

Use to go to this vet, i no longer go. No major hefty prices but every time i would take one of my pets in when they have been ill they just take their temperature ask how their stools are that's pretty much it. And same goes with follow ups. It all added up coming and going. They failed to detect what were making my cat sick and he died 1 day after the follow up visit. He died of a grass seed that he had inhaled. I now go to another vet that's on Quakers hill parkway (Acacia Gardens Veterinary Hospital) and have stuck with them for a few years now and they are much more thorough, and usually know what they're dealing with on the first visit. Also they are a lot more sympathetic. I think it's because they ask a lot of questions and all the right ones.

Often very very long wait times, especially around 4pm/afterschool time. Probably one of the cheaper vets in the area. Used their house-call service once, which was quite expensive for the service provided - plus they destroyed our mailbox while backing out of our driveway. Barely an apology, which was disappointing.
