Absolutely avoid this so called "provider". The only thing they provide is an unprofessionalism at both head office and local (Mt Druitt) level. The absolute lack of customer service is breathtaking. No-one has even the basic courtesy to return phone calls or respond to emails. An embarrassing shambles and they should be ashamed.

UNNACEPTABLE delays and absolutely no communication and i won't be going back. don't blame "a busy time" for delays and for customers having to follow up on their pet (especially when they have spent a LOT of money with you, we don't want excuses.
