Our very old evaporative a/c had died. I contacted about four suppliers/installers in my area. Most responded "Can't get back to you for 5-10 days".
The manager at Quality A/c visited my home that day, climbed on the roof and gave me the sad but not unexpected news that the whole system was completely useless - the a/c unit (20 years old), ducts (at least 40 years). Major surgery, with total new for old transplant was the only option.
The team arrived on time with a trailer full of new units. The old system was pulled out - everything, and loaded onto the trailer - a messy job but well done.
The old a/c unit was located in the wrong part of the roof for maximum efficiency. It was removed and replacement tiles inserted and the new a/c installed in the 'right' position.
The team was efficient, polite, hard working, professional and tidy.
We now have a (very quiet) Breezair EXS 220 a/c, new ducts to nine outlets and new vents.
As we are in autumn we have not used the a/c properly but our test run gives us great confidence that this is an excellent replacement.
Good company - good system.

I received several quotes for installation of an evaporative system a couple of years ago. They were bay far the cheapest. In addition, I am happy with their installation and quality control procedures. The evaporative works well since and there has not been any leak or so from the installation. The only reason I do not give them excellent is that when they installed a duct, during installation a crack appeared in my ceiling!

Our Breezair evap air-con was so old and needed repair. So I wanted the unit replace as it would be cheaper in long run.

After contacting so many different company. Quality air offered the best price, will also do an assessment to ensure that would be all that I need, also will be able to install it soonest.

After 5 minutes of looking at the unit on the roof, I was told that everything else is in good working order and they can replace the unit the very next day. I was ecstatic so it will be very hot for the rest of the week and some.

They turned up slightly later than expected but had apologised and got on with the job quickly and efficiently.

Finally once the work is complete the owner turned up to check and test the unit, before finalising the bill. I found this reassuring that this company cares. Also they offer great advice and service. Friendly operator, knowledgable.

I am very happy with my new evap unit. And will call them back for service annually as well.
